For regular maintenance services, we can usually schedule your first visit within 3-5 business days. Larger projects like makeovers require a consultation first, which we can book within a week.
Absolutely. Most of our customers are on fortnightly or monthly schedules. We'll work with you to find a frequency that keeps your garden looking great without over-servicing.
We monitor weather forecasts closely. If rain prevents us from completing work, we'll contact you to reschedule within the same week at no extra charge.
Not at all. Many of our customers give us gate access and we complete the work while they're out. We'll send photos of completed work if you'd like.
For regular services, we invoice at the end of each month. One-off jobs are invoiced upon completion. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and direct debit.
Yes, we carry comprehensive public liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We're happy to provide certificates on request.
